Why We Built This Site
Public access in Georgia depends on the office and record. Chatham County Magistrate Court receives warrant applications and holds preliminary hearings. State Court maintains misdemeanor and traffic criminal files, while the Superior Court Clerk Criminal Division maintains felony records. Savannah Recorder's Court and six listed municipal courts control their own citation and failure-to-appear dockets. CCSO Street Operations handles court-delivered process but does not publish a complete public active-warrant roster. Bringing those routes together helps a reader ask for a warrant document, return, bond order, or current court status from the office that actually holds it.

- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Chatham County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Georgia court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside companies supply search boxes shown on some pages. Those providers control their prices, results, and data practices. A referral may produce compensation that supports operation of the resource. No partner result is an official Chatham County warrant confirmation, and every result should be checked with the issuing court or CCSO.
